Corporate website relaunch for Hamilton Medical
A website as an all-in-one hub
Case study & social media
In critical care, a moment can decide life or death, and the teams doing that work need every tool on their side. Hamilton Medical, a leading maker of ventilation systems for intensive care, came to Ergosign to relaunch its corporate website.
The brief was to turn a dense, sprawling site into one clear hub for very different audiences, buyers, technical support, and medical staff alike, and to make ordering accessories and consumables simple. Ergosign led the user research, built a flexible information architecture around it, and designed a central resource center where documentation, study results, guides, and videos are easy to search and filter.
The result is a product page with scroll-bound videos and a 3D animation users steer with the mouse, built on framework-agnostic UI components in Magnolia so the team can publish through a WYSIWYG editor with no code. The numbers backed it up: bounce rate down 38%, downloads up 20%, and support requests down 7%.
I wrote the case study behind those results and ran the social campaign that put them in front of people.
