Case study, award submission and video production
Ergosign redesigned the print-preparation software behind Nikon SLM Solutions' 3D metal printers, machines that build complex aerospace and healthcare components using up to twelve lasers.
I wrote the case study that tells this project's story, tracing the work from the team's on-site research in Lübeck through prototyping and testing to the final modular design system.
I also organised the video shoot that brought the software to life on screen, and managed the award submission from start to finish. The project went on to earn a nomination at the UX Design Awards 2024.
