Loeschpack LTM-DUO
Case study, award submission, social media & video production
Ergosign designed the HMI for LoeschPack's LTM-DUO, a packaging machine that wraps chocolate, sweets, and confectionery for operators working across the globe.
I wrote the case study that tells this project's story, tracing the work from the user interviews and job shadowing on site through high-fidelity prototyping and testing to the finished interface. I also organised the video shoot that brought the machine and its HMI to life on screen, and managed the award submission from start to finish.
The project went on to earn a nomination at the UX Design Awards 2023.
